Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to fill a full-time role based in Dorchester.
The pay rate for this locum Quality Assurance Manager job is £54.50 per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
- You will work closely with the other Quality Assurance Manager and be responsible for the oversight and management of a team of experienced social workers chairing Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children Reviews, Annual Foster Carer Reviews and undertaking Reg 44 visits. You will be supporting the development, training and implementation of a new strengths based approach for this service which will be flexible and responsive to the needs of the child which will also include a range of 'meetings' such as Family Group Conferences.
- You will also oversee the quality assurance framework which will include the children's services audit program, case reviews and feedback from children and their families. You will manage the contribution to SCPRs (SCRs), DHRs and the quality assurance of subject access to records. There will be opportunities for co production with children and their families in the development of this new service.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working in a similar role
