Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Practice Learning Officer to work full-time in London.
The pay rate for this locum QA Practice Learning Officer job is £350 per day and is a 6-9 month contract.
Job Purpose:
- The Practice Learning Officer will coordinate/improve the practice standards of operational managers through high quality case file audits, using an approach of working collaboratively alongside practitioners.
Requirements
- The role requires an experienced auditor who has considerable experience (3+ years) working at team manager level (TM level experience is a minimum, top end of the offered rate is suitable for candidates who have worked at Service Manager level).
- Experienced practitioner with significant management experience.
- Experienced in auditing case files and coaching staff to develop their practice in three of the following areas: Assessment / CiN and CP / LAC / pre-proceedings and care proceedings / adolescent Safeguarding / fostering and adoption / connected carers / private fostering.
- A thorough understanding of good systemic practice, how this can be reflected in case files, and the ability to communicate this to other practitioners.
- Experience of preparing reports on outcomes of audit activity.
- Ability to organise and coordinate casework leaving activity producing focused reports with effective learning activities to close the loop and improve practice for children.
- Ability to write coherent and detailed reports.
- Experience delivering training - ideally on practice related to the outcome of audit activity.
- *Experience of working within an improvement service supporting Ofsted improvement is extremely desirable*
