Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Hospital to Home Team based in Merton. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £29 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- At least 3 years of post qualification practice experience
- Qualified in the England
- Current experience without any recent gaps in their practice
- Up to date knowledge and experience in the current legislative framework, including the most recent updates since the start of COVID 19 pandemic
- Significant knowledge and experience in the areas of Continuing NHS Healthcare assessments
- Significant experience in Safeguarding enquiry in the role of being the enquiry officer
- Experience in working with customers who are difficult to engage
