Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Hospital Team in Hammersmith. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adult's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £30 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Candidate MUST have at least 3 years post qualifying experience, with at least 6 months experience within a statutory setting
- The candidate will be expected to have a level of autonomy and will be responsible for medium and complex case work
- Candidate will be required to hold a diverse and varied case load
- The candidate must be knowledgeable in current legislative changes and know how to work with these in practice
- Candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and participate in MDT working
- Working knowledge of Mosaic is beneficial
