Key Responsibilities:

Case Management – Manage a complex caseload with professional supervision, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legislation.

Court Proceedings – Prepare written reports and statements for court hearings and Court of Protection applications.

Risk Assessment – Apply professional judgement and evidence-based tools to ensure sound decision-making and risk management.

Safeguarding – Conduct safeguarding enquiries and adhere to adult protection policies and procedures.

Service User Support – Engage in direct work with service users and carers, providing tailored support.

Multi-Agency Collaboration – Work closely with other agencies to develop and implement effective support plans.
