Sanctuary Social Care has permanent vacancy for a Quality Assurance Auditor to work full-time based in Haringey. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Quality Assurance Auditor role is £49,464 - £52,482 per annum.
Duties of the QA Auditor:
- Work closely with the Head of Service to ensure the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework through and agreed program of audit activity.
- Lead in audit activity and analysis of audit data as well as producing reports as required relating to audit findings to staff at all levels within Children's Services
- Work closely with the Children's Academy to ensure that findings from quality assurance activities are reflected as appropriate in our learning and development offer.
- Supporting the implementation of the Signs of Safety Practice Framework and will lead on designing specific ways of working, embracing the latest government initiatives and legislation to deliver the practice vision.
- Manage and contribute to practice learning arrangements for the children's workforce ensuring learning opportunities are maximized.
Requirements of the Quality Assurance Auditor:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Excellent frontline practice skills
- Sound management experience in children's social care
- Must the ability to analyse complex information and use this to support improvement in practice
- Must have a positive communicator who can collaborate, influence, challenge with excellent verbal and written skills.
