The pay rate for this locum Psychologist job is £34.58 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
While some remote working is possible, the post will require attendance at face to face meetings with staff at various sites across the Health Board.
Duties:
- Work as a member of the Wellbeing Service, providing high quality, specialist applied psychology service to the staff of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board
- Developing the range of Wellbeing services offered to staff including, Psycho-educational including courses and group interventions in response to changing clinical needs, providing 1:1 therapy, providing guidance to managers around supporting the emotional wellbeing of staff, conducting small scale organisational health reviews within services and teams and working alongside colleagues from other services within the Workforce and Organisational Development function, to provide bespoke interventions to promote, support and improve the emotional wellbeing of staff
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- HCPC registered psychologist
- Relevant qualification
- Recent psychology experience
