Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for a dedicated Psychologist to work full-time based in Crookham Common.
The salary for this permanent Psychologist job is £50,000 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Providing both long & short-term work, which includes being able to undertake clinical assessments to determine clinical needs & treatment plans.
- Providing both individual and group work.
- Maintaining monthly clinical supervision and regular line-management supervisions.
- Supporting the MDT in the development and review of care plans.
- Offering specialist clinical advice including the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care within the service.
- Contribute to audit and research as directed by the line manager.
- Provide written & verbal contributions to MDT & CPA process.
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- British Psychological Society or a recognised training body qualification.
- Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society.
- Experience in using psychological models and theories to address a range of risk and behavioural issues.
