Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Band 7 Problem/Change Manager to work within a Finance and Procurement ICT Service Desk Team based in Rainham.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Problem/Change Manager role is £27.98 per hour (LTD) and has an initial 3-month contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm with occasional out of hours/weekend work.

Main duties:

  • Assist in managing/maintaining incident/problem management processes
  • Manage change process ensuring that any changes are reviewed, communicated and delivered safely into a live environment
  • Chair Change Advisory Board
  • Manage any major incidents and act as the liaison between BAU/Infrastructure Teams
  • Provide trend analysis, root cause analysis and reporting
  • Recommend and implement solutions to ongoing problems/trending incidents

Requirements of the Band 7 Problem/Change Manager:

  • Recent NHS experience with knowledge of NHS Systems
  • ITIL certified and proven IT Service Management experience.
  • Broad range of technical skills required covering Service Desk, Telephony, Network and Server support
