Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Prison Nurse to work in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Prison Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Prison Nurse role is £21 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Reception duties
- Administering medication
- Completing assessments
- Acting as an emergency responder
Requirements of the Prison Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- UK Experience working as a Nurse based in a prison
- Custodial experience
- NOMS clearance
