We are seeking a Band 7 Prison Cleared Mental Health Team Manager to join a dynamic mental health team within a prison in Stafford, UK. This locum position offers £33 per hour for a full-time commitment of 3 – 4 months initially, with the possibility of extension. What you will do:
- Oversee and manage a mental health team within a prison environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations within the prison setting.
- Manage schedules and facilitate the flexible shift patterns of the team, maintaining an efficient workflow.
