Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Principle Manager to fill a full-time role managing a CP Chair and IRO Service based in Stoke.
The pay rate for this locum Principle Manager job is £38.50 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
- Management of a Safeguarding Unit (with another principal manager) which includes management of CP Chairs and IROs and covering for LADO when on leave/off ill, Role will include supervision of Chairs and IROs, monitoring pf performance, driving standards in respect to quality of practice.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Requiring an experienced children's social care manager
- 3 years managerial experience - CP Chair & IRO Service
