Sanctuary Social Care has an excellent social work opportunity for a Practice Manager within a Supporting Care Team to fill a permanent position in Newham.
The salary for this role is £42,681 - £45,585 per annum.
Your team will be responsible for playing a lead role in managing complex, long-term and safeguarding adult cases.
Duties of the Practice Manager include:
- Being responsible for safeguarding vulnerable customers by providing them with appropriate support and investigation
- Undertaking and managing safeguarding adult inquiries and overseeing protection plans in line with the Mult-Agency Safeguarding Policy and Procedures (Pan London).
- Asses, analyze risks and facilitate customers and their families to develop innovative and creative strength-based support plans.
Requirements of the Practice Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Previous experience at practice/team management level in social work
- Experience within adults services
- A strong communicator, enabler and motivator
- Excellent managerial skills
