Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Horsham, within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team.
The salary for this permanent Practice Manager job is £46,084 - £49,367 per annum.
Duties:
- Manage a small team comprised of Social Workers, Child and Family Workers
- Make sure that children and young people right across West Sussex are safeguarded and protected
- Motivating and leading a small group of social workers and other staff
- Providing expert supervision, mentoring and coaching
- Supporting the development of reflective and relationship-based practice
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
