Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Leader/Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Services based in Newham.
The pay rate for this locum Practice Leader/Team Manager job is £42 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
you will provide casework oversight and professional supervision to a team of social care professionals to improve the outcomes for vulnerable children
You will provide advice, support and guidance to the team
Requirements:
A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
Registered on Social Work England
Management experience is essential
Previous management experience in the field of CWD/DCS preferred
