Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Educator to work full-time in Brent, London. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate of this Practice Educator role is £35 - £40 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Summary:
- To provide direction and support in the development of the Brent Practice Framework in the service by supporting the development of direct work skills.
- Guide and support team managers and practice consultants to ensure their offer supervision and management enables excellent practice.
- Mentor and support the journey of social workers including student social workers, ASYEs and progression as a social worker.
- To contribute to the development of a learning organisation, identifying priorities for practice development taking into account learning from quality assurance activity.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
