Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Development Leader to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Blackpool, within the Children's Service Team.
The salary for this permanent Practice Development Leader job is £38,813 - £42,683 per annum.
Based upon our learning from our strong ASYE Programme of Support, this new service will develop an Academy approach to support Children & Families Service workforce and a Social Work postgraduate Continual Professional Development, in accordance with Social Work England's Knowledge and Skills Statements (KSS).
The service supports practitioners to implement learning from a range of quality assurance methods and celebrates and shares good practice examples via a range of methods.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
