Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 MSK/Biomechanics Podiatrist to work full-time based in Brent.
The pay rate for this locum MSK/Biomechanics Podiatrist role is £27 per hour (assignment rate) and has an ongoing contract.
Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday, 8:45am-4:45pm.
Main Duties:
To diagnose and treat complex biomechanics disorders for both podiatric case management and in context of wider MSK care plans.
To develop tailored care packages dependent upon patient needs and utilise extensive skills, such as the prescription of bespoke orthoses and other devices where required
To autonomously assess, diagnose and treat patients with a diverse range of medical and podiatric conditions, using appropriate diagnostic techniques, skills and tools.
Good communication skills liaising with different professionals, members of the team and referrers in relation to treatment plans created.
Requirements of the MSK/Biomechanics Podiatrist:
Degree or equivalent within Podiatry
Current BSc Podiatry/HCPC registration
At least two years of experience working as a Podiatrist in the UK
