Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to work full-time in a Rapid Response Team based in Sandwell. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist job is £24.61 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist
- 2 years experience
- Experience in elderly care
- Able to provide holistic, patient centred assessments, problem lists and treatment plans in order to facilitate safe and timely discharges back into the community
- Experience of admission avoidance
- knowledge of community services and discharge options
