The pay rate for this locum Physio job is £25.07-£26 per hour (Assignment rate).
Duties:
To provide highly specialised assessment and treatment for patients with complex needs, and to provide expert advice, guidance and information to health and social care professionals, carers and relatives and other non-professionals.
To take a lead role in the advanced assessment and treatment of patients who may have diverse, chronic presentation and highly complex physical and psychological conditions; to develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme which will contribute to safe discharges and prevention of hospital admissions.
To assess patient understanding of treatment proposals, gain valid informed consent and work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
Must have MSK and NHS experience
