What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory physiotherapy for inpatient wards, implementing the latest techniques and practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, delivering coordinated care for patients requiring non-invasive ventilation (NIV).
- Assess and develop tailored care plans to improve patients’ respiratory function and overall mobility during their hospital stay.
- Educate patients and their families on effective breathing techniques and post-discharge care to support ongoing recovery at home.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and progress for a seamless continuum of care.
Requirements:
- To flourish in this exhilarating role, you should be HCPC registered with at least 2 years of experience in inpatient respiratory care.
- While not essential, having a car and valid driving licence will be advantageous for accommodating any urgent travel needs.
