Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to work full-time in Community Home First Team based in Hereford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £21 - £27 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a contract until mid June.
Duties of the Physiotherapist:
- This post will require the physiotherapist to work alongside an Occupational Therapist to help facilitate discharge of people from Discharge to Assess beds across Herefordshire back to their own homes, some work will be within the placement and some in the persons home.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Must be a car driver
