Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work based in Aylesbury or Amersham, within the Community Neurology Team.

The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.

Main Duties:

  • To provide highly specialist Occupational Therapy to clients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions.
  • To manage a caseload of clients with complex neurological conditions.
  • To provide expert professional advice to other healthcare professionals, clients and their relatives/carers
  • To work closely with other members of the immediate interdisciplinary team.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS is essential.
  • Candidates must have significant previous experience of working with people with complex neurological conditions such as stroke.
  • Previous experience of RiO patient record system is preferred. However, training can be provided if necessary.
  • Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle.
