Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 7 Community Physiotherapist to work based in Stone.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £29-£30 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Work independently as a registered practitioner within the established multidisciplinary team, undertaking a community Physiotherapy role.
- Assess, identify and agree goals and treatments plans using diagnosis and evidence-based treatment programmes to meet a wide variety of patient needs in the most appropriate community location e.g. patients’ own homes, gym and care homes.
- Manage own caseload and work without direct supervision.
- Undertake regular supervision with B7 physio and contribute to Journal club and training updates of Rehabilitation Technicians.
- Supervise, educate, and assess the performance of Physiotherapy students; working with universities and Trust Clinical Placement team to ensure the standard of practice and teaching meet standard set by the degree level qualification.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of two years post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist.
- Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle.
