Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Physiotherapist to work full-time in Waltham Forest. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £31 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a contract from 07/12/2020 - 26/02/2021.
About the role:
- Experienced physiotherapist for our integrated supported home discharge team in WF.
- The team consist of occupational therapist, Physiotherapist, social workers, social care assistants, rehabilitation assistants and administrative staff.
- The team in integral in supporting timely discharges from the acute setting for patients on Pathway 1, requiring reablement support and work very closely with the Integrated Discharge hub and other community service.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- 2 years experience
- The ideal candidate would have experience of community rehabilitation, discharge to assess service as well as being able to lead a team
- The service operates 7 days a week, and the candidate would be expected to cover some weekends on a rota
- Car driver is preferred but not essential as long as candidate can travel throughout the borough by other means ( bike, public transport)
