Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6/7 Physiotherapist to work full-time within a Home First Team based in Bletchley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24 - £28 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Summary:
- The team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, Medication Optimisation, Psychology and works alongside Social Care Reablement and district nursing teams.
- The role will include completing an initial Trusted Assessment to inform patient goal setting and treatment plans to enable rehabilitation within the community.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Car driver essential as this is a community post and you will be working in patient's own homes.
