Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work full-time within an Intermediate Care Team based in Buckingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24 to £25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Experience of community working
- Experience in intermediate care and rapid response
- Holistic assessment and equipment provision across PT and OT
- Excellent communication skills
- Car driver and access to own vehicle
- Experience in establishing patient centred rehab programmes and case management.
- Ideally previous use of Rio
