Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work full time based in Redbridge.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties of the Physiotherapist:
- The post holder will autonomously provide physiotherapy service to adults with learning disabilities including those withy complex needs in the community of London Borough of Redbridge, working as part of an integrated team made up of community health and social care professionals.
- The post holder will be a registered physiotherapist responsible for patients allocated to them, manage and deliver care through specialist assessments, analysis, risk assessments, physiotherapy care plans, demonstration of therapy to clients, families and or carers, conducting reviews, equipment management and care co-ordinate thus being professionally and legally accountable.
- The post holder will provide intensive intervention where appropriate to prevent hospital admissions and maintain service users within their home.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
