Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 5/6/7 Physiotherapists to work full-time based in Salisbury.
The pay rate for these locum Physiotherapist roles are £19.00 - £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and are ongoing contracts.
Duties:
- To support Acute hospital discharges into the community, through assessment and treatment of patients in their own home
- Community Discharge support and admission prevention work.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- 2 years' experience
- Own transport essential
