Job Title: Physician – Relocate to Aruba
Location: Aruba
Salary: AWG 24,700 per month (€12,574.56 per month)
Team: Critical Care/Intensive Care
Language Requirement: Must be willing to learn Dutch to B2 level within two years of arrival

Your Role as a Critical Care/Intensive Care Physician:
- Provide expert care and treatment for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Stay at the forefront of advancements in critical care medicine through ongoing professional development
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Contribute to patient-centred care strategies and continuous healthcare improvement
What You’ll Need:
- A recognised medical degree & specialisation in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
- Proven experience in managing critically ill patients in an ICU setting
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a multicultural setting
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Willingness to learn Dutch to B2 level within two years (the electronic system is currently in English but may transition to Dutch soon)
