What you will do:
- Accurately dispense medications and manage pharmaceutical stock levels.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Conduct patient medication reviews and provide pharmaceutical advice.
- Support aseptic services and radiopharmacy practices as required.
- Participate in quality management processes to maintain high standards of practice.
Requirements:
- Current GPHC Registration is essential.
- Previous experience within a UK-based pharmacy setting is required.
- Possession of an NVQ or equivalent Pharmacy Technician qualification is necessary.
- Experience in radiopharmacy, aseptic, and ward environments preferred, but possessing an ACT qualification is the minimum requirement to support outsourcing.
