The pay rate for this locum Pharmacist job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Medicines reconciliation
- Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services in order to improve the quality of patient care and promote evidence based cost effective prescribing
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Must be registered on the GPHC as a pharmacist
- Must have a relevant qualification in pharmacy
- Previous experience as a Band 8a within the NHS
