Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for 2 experienced and dedicated Band 7 Pharmacists to work full-time based in Tower Hamlets.
The pay rate for these locum Pharmacist jobs is £31 per hour (Assignment rate) and are 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
Job 1:
- Clinical experience essential, EPMA desirable.
Job 2:
- To provide a high level of clinical pharmacy input as part of the multidisciplinary team and to and to ensure optimal medicines usage including value for money.
- To provide clinical pharmacy service on medical and surgical wards.
- Implementing formulary based clinical guidance grounded in best practice, emerging evidence, national guidelines, drug availability and financial implications within stroke and care of the elderly.
- Safe handover of prescribing and monitoring as patients are transferred within the Trust and between primary and secondary care.
Requirements of the Pharmacists:
- Must be registered on the GPHC as a pharmacist.
- Must have a relevant qualification in pharmacy.
- Recent experience working as a pharmacist within the NHS or similar setting.
