Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Patient Safety and Complaints Worker to work remotely.

The pay rate for this locum Patient Safety and Complaints Worker job is £20.91 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Working Hours:

  • 5 days a week.

  • 37.5 hours per week.

Main Duties:

  • Work with the Patient Safety and Complaints Team working towards implementing the new Patient Safety Incident Framework and pending PHSO complaints management framework.

  • Provide support to the Patient Safety & Complaints Team.

  • Daily review and management of incidents and complaints.

Requirements of the Patient Safety and Complaints Worker:

  • Good understanding of the investigation frameworks.

  • Good understanding of working in the NHS with complaints and incidents.
