Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 RPaediatric Asthma & Allergy Nurse to fill a full-time role in Essex. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £31,360 - £37,890 per annum depending on experience.
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and flexible Paediatric Children's Nurse to join our expanding community team. The successful candidate will be an RSCN or RN Child with substantial specialist Paediatric knowledge and experience of children with allergic conditions; they will have excellent teaching, assessing and mentorship skills. The individual will be well organised and able to work autonomously on their own initiative and will be an excellent communicator able to cross boundaries with the MDT and children and families alike.
Duties:
- The role includes extensive collaborative working with Health Visitors, School Nurses, GPs, Primary Care Networks and Paediatric Consultants to ensure the delivery of relevant, co-ordinated and high quality care solutions for children and families with allergic conditions within the community setting.
Requirements of the Paediatric Asthma & Allergy Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Must have a DBS
- Have experience at Band 6 level or above
