Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Outreach Worker/Hotspot Shift Worker to work full-time based in Camden. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Outreach Worker/Hotspot Shift Worker role is £15 - £16 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.
Requirements of the Outreach Worker/Hotspot Shift Worker:
- A minimum of 2 years community experience of drug, alcohol, mental health work
- Working with homeless clients and have knowledge about substance misuse, sex working, begging, street drinking, street drug use.
- They should be willing to work in partnership with other services including police and community presence officers.
- They should be able to walk long distances (sometimes up to 5-8km) as we need to target referrals from all around they borough of Camden.
- Different shifts: early morning, day shifts, evening and night shifts
