Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Outreach Case Manager to work full-time within a Complex Lives Service in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The salary for this permanent Outreach Case Manager job is £22,353-£27,275 per annum.
The service is available 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm, therefore you must be prepared to work on a rota basis.

Requirements of the Outreach Case Manager:
- The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to people with substance misuse problems and support them to enter the treatment system and engage with the relevant community services.
- The successful candidate will have a professional qualification or degree in a related subject and evidenced experience of working with substance misusers or substance misuse treatment approaches.
- The ability to travel within the geographical area in a timely manner is essential.
