Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Interim Outcome Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Gloucestershire, within the Children and Young People Commissioning Team.
The pay rate for this locum Interim Outcome Manager job is £300 per day (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month interim contract.
Duties:
- Take charge of daily placement finding activities as well as management of a small team of commissioners dedicated to sourcing and placing young people in suitable accommodation.
- Work in the office for at least 2 days of the week as the Council now had COVID practices in place, in order to get to know staff and procedures etc.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Strong managerial background in commissioning placement, and the associated work that comes with it such as multi-agency panel work for their most vulnerable children and young people.
- Be capable of picking up a wider range of children services commissioning related tasks , including quality assurance, brokerage and bid writing.
