Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Deputy Manager to work full-time with a leading private healthcare provider in Camden.
The salary for this permanent Deputy Manager role is £28,000 per annum.
Skills and experience:
Hold a Management qualification or other relevant professional qualification
A minimum of 1 year working experience relevant to mental health
Experience of assessment, risk manage
Support planning relevant to mental health
Knowledge of policies & procedures, including: CQC standards, Safeguarding and Health & Safety
Responsibilities:
To assist the Team Manager in offering a broad range of support to people with mental health and complex needs; to help them sustain their homes and to live in the community,
Recruit, support and supervise staff, setting and demanding professional standards of working.
Overseeing and developing effective working relationships with partners and commissioners, ensuring that One Support is contract compliant and a positive reputation of the service is maintained
Deputising for the Manager in their absence and undertake management responsibilities as delegated
Assist the manager in holding day to day responsibility for the rota and staff deployment.
