Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for an Occupational Therapy Team Manager to work flexibly in Croydon, within the Adult Community Occupational Therapy Team.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapy Team Manager job is £40.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Equipment will be provided for this role.
Duties:
- 5 complex cases plus team lead/management role
Requirements of the Occupational Therapy Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Team Management skills
- Clinical Supervision/appraisal skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to maintain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to prioritise competing demands
- Willingness to undertake moving and handling training
