Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapy Lead Practitioner to work based in Barnet.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapy Lead Practitioner job is £36 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Deal with Adult with disabilities aged 18 +.
- Supervise 3 qualified OTs, allocate work, manage waiting list and participate/contribute in the adaptations panel.
- Support other team members with complex cases.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapy Lead Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of two years post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Must have advanced OT assessments skills and knowledge in Equipment, Major Adaptations, Moving & Handling and Complex Case Management.
