Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant Team Manager to work based in Surrey, within the Learning Disability and Autism Team.

The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapy Assistant Team Manager job is £33-£35 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.

Main Duties:

  • Lead a small OT Learning Disability and Autism team along with clinical case work, supervision, and provide support to some projects including a technology enabled care pilot, and a reablement / skills gain programme.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapy Assistant Team Manager:

  • Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum two years post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist, including experience and expertise in working with learning disability and autism service users.
  • Ability to provide professional support and supervision for staff working with the same client group.
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Current driving licence, insurance, and car that can be used to travel for visits – mileage is paid.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
