Sanctuary Health is currently looking for two experienced and dedicated Band 3/4 Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in Stevenage on a full or part-time basis. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy.
The pay rate for these locum Occupational Therapy Assistant jobs are £12-£14 per hour (plus weekend increased rates if wanted) and is an ongoing contract.
About the role:
- We are looking for Therapy support workers with experience working within an acute hospital setting to join our established therapy service within the orthopaedic team at the Lister Hospital.
- The team is supported by junior and senior therapists and service leads and will offer the candidate an opportunity to further their skills as well as providing invaluable support to the service in contributing to assessment, equipment provision and discharge planning.
- Ideally we are looking for a therapy support worker who can mon - friday service but is able to cover the occasional weekend as needed.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapy Assistants:
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
