Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist Specialist to work based in Goodmayes Hospital on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £27 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract. Required to work 22.5 hours over three days per week.
Provide 1:1 and Group OT Assessments and Interventions to patients on Acute Mental Health Ward.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- 2 years' experience
- Requires significant experience in an acute mental health setting working with patients with severe and enduring mental illness who present with challenging behaviour
