Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Services Community Occupational Therapist to work in Barry, Wales on a Part-time basis. You will be working three days per week (22-24 hours). The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £28 to £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Senior OT - completing home assessments - manual handling, complex equipment and some adaptations.
- There will be need to provide some senior cover as in advice to more junior staff around cases (not formal supervision)
- Requirements of the Senior Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
