Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Social Services Occupational Therapist work based in Swindon.

The pay rate for this locum Social Services Occupational Therapist job is £28 per hour (assignment rate) and is a minimum of 5-month contract.

Main Duties:

  • To carry out manual handling and seating assessments of people in their own home in an effective and efficient manner working in a strength-based way with the person, their family, and carers.
  • To arrange suitable provision of specialist equipment and adaptations in conjunction with others as required.
  • To be experienced in making suitable recommendations for major adaptations as appropriate.

Requirements of the Social Services Occupational Therapist:

  • Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Recent post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
