What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of occupational therapists ensuring effective allocation and prioritisation of workloads.
- Utilise your moving and handling expertise to support the team and client needs.
- Mentor junior staff, helping them to grow and improve in their roles.
- Conduct quality assurance to maintain the highest standard of work.
- Travel throughout the region as a car driver to visit clients and sites as required.
