Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in Solihullon a full-time basis (37 hours per week), within the Paediatrics Team.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £30.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 12-month contract.
Duties:
- Undertake complex social care occupational therapy assessments
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Experience of this area of work is essential, as is knowledge of home adaptations, specialist equipment provision, moving and handling and wider occupational therapy practice
- Familiarity with children's disabilities, the legislative framework applicable to this work and the ability to work successfully with partners and other agencies is key, as is a willingness to work from home with the ability to travel to client's homes and to offices in Solihull and to use our Liquid Logic recording system as well as other electronic systems
