Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5/6/7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to work in Slough on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is negotiable and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Candidate needs to be able to assess and provide treatment to children and young people 0-19 years.
- They should have previous experience of working with this age group and be able to support children with sensory difficulties, a variety of developmental as well as complex physical needs who attend either mainstream or special schools.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Must be a car driver
