Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Community Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to work full-time based in Bournemouth and Poole (Dorset), within the Community Therapy Team.

The pay rate for this locum Community Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist job is £34 - £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a minimum 3-month contract.

Duties:

  • Provide community based rehab to a range of patients in their own homes
  • Lone working and should be able to manage a caseload independently but will have support of other Physios and OTs in the team and access to rehab assistants to aid rehab plans

Requirements of the Community Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience in stroke and neuro rehab, falls assessment, fatigue management, cognitive rehab and condition management
  • Previous NHS experience
  • An ability to splint would also be desirable but not essential for the role
  • Computer literate but will be given support to use computer systems in the Trust
